Who I am…
I began my journey working with children in the public school system in Edmond, OK, as a special education teacher assistant while pursuing my special education certification. My passion for this work is deeply personal—I have a child with autism and an intellectual disability. Through my experience learning how to support him, I developed a strong desire to help children facing a wide range of challenges, from intellectual and developmental disabilities to emotional and behavioral struggles.
After working as a special education teacher, I felt called to support children on a deeper level. This led me to pursue a master’s degree in counseling and work toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Every day, working with children fills my heart and motivates me to continue learning new ways to support and empower them on their journey.
